“On August 15th, 2010, my weight was 218lbs. I had been running 8-10 miles a day and could not shed any weight. I cut out sodas and increased my food intake to 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day and started the 20 Second Fitness plans.
By January 17th of 2011, which was my 48th birthday, I had achieved by goal of weighing 156 lobs. My height is 6’0″. I did the day routine of 4-12 minutes of exercise 6 days a week and took Sunday off and never stepped foot into a gym! I did it all in the privacy of my own home.
I have tried every diet and exercise program including HCG and gained what I lost until this program. Now I am eating more than ever and finally have the lean, toned body I have always dreamed of. I am excited to share my success with others!”
