The other night a friend and his family spent the night at our house and when he came downstairs in the morning. I was just finishing up 2 hours on the spin bike. He asked if I ride each day and for how long. I told him that lately I have been riding most days and I ride anywhere from 1 to 5 hours throughout the day. He then asked, “How do you do it? How do you stay motivated and do you ever get bored?”
